When an employee initiates the request for a Desk Audit, the employee might be noticing that he or she is not being paid generously by the given amount of workload he or she has.
On the other hand, if the employer was the one who requested it, their goal is to make sure that their working professionals are properly being paid in accordance with their job roles and responsibilities.
