What are the requirements of ISO 9001:2015?

The requirements are defined in 10 clauses in the standard.
They include Documents & records that are mandatory and Processes that must be defined – documented or not. This is very specific to your organization and what you do. If your product or services is complex and heavily regulated, there may be more documentation needed to prevent issues from reaching your customers.

Activities to be undertaken: Defining the context of the organization, Determining the requirements of stakeholders, Determining the risks and opportunities for the organization, Defining its product and/or service realization, and Measuring performance, etc.
